How to Use This Letter
Print one copy per adjacent neighbor. Mail first-class with a Certificate of Mailing (not Certified — just the receipt that you mailed it) if your city requires documented notification. Keep your copy of the mailed letters and certificates for your permit application. For a friendly courtesy letter (not a formal requirement), hand delivery is fine and more personal.
